The Growing Together Referral Scheme – Private Clients (the ‘Plan’) is a referral scheme designed to promote Gallagher’s sales & marketing culture by recognising and rewarding Gallagher UK and Ireland colleagues who refer their family, friends or other personal and commercial client contacts to
UK and Ireland Retail Private Clients.

This Plan will apply from 1st April 2024 to 31st December 2025 (the ‘Plan Year’)*.
Simply complete the form to refer your client or friend to our Private Client team.
Awards under the Plan will be calculated based on the value of the Sales as follows:

>£500 33.33%

Feedback and consultation

We discuss our findings, the options available and agree the most appropriate solution based on the client’s needs.

Ongoing service provision

We will arrange insurance cover and appoint a dedicated individual to provide ongoing support and advice.
